“New Album Includes The Best Jazz Guitar Works I’ve…”
If you like good instrumental music, these will probably be the best jazz guitar compositions you’ve heard over the last year.
I’ll explain why in a minute.
But first…
Please understand that this isn’t one of those albums that include interpretations of jazz standards or popular hits.
It’s not something you’ve heard before.
However, I guarantee you’ll love it. I quarantee it’ll make your day better in some way.
If it doesn’t, I’ll personally buy you a another album of your choice and you can keep my album anyway (so you are getting another whole new album of your choice free in case you don’t love this album).
The only caveat is: if you don’t like the sound of jazz guitar or if you’re just looking for something familiar (like e.g. a collection of jazz standards) please DO NOT GET THIS ALBUM.
With that said, here is…
Exactly What You’re Getting
This album is different from most albums you’ve listened to because it is more of a “solo” performance than a “band” recording.
It immediately gets down to the clean jazz guitar sound without special effects or distortion – there’s no typical rhythm section, drums, bass, piano.
The album is easy to listen to – but there are NO CLICHÉS (It just means that you’ll immediately “get” it).
Some of you who wrote back described it as “noise-cancelling”. This may be different for everyone but, either way, the music is evocative enough and it should appeal to your imagination in some way.
The album is PACKED with music in each piece.
The reason why is because each composition is like two pieces in one. They are each 5 to 7 minutes long – much longer than a typical song.
Plus, they all include improvisations that I think you’ll particularly enjoy because they bring in an abundance of spontaneous energy that just can’t be rehearsed or faked.
Here’s just a fraction of what’s inside (30 second excerpts):
1. January At Half Past Ten
2. Vicious Circle
3. Travel
4. Woland’s Dream
5. Silent Touch
There actually is one “secret” guest on the album. I’ll tell you all about him on a special page where you can play all the tracks right away without having to download anything.
My hope is that you’ll remember this album as something special, something you’ll enojoy listening to repeatedly and perhaps it’ll STAY in your permanent collection of good music.
The album comes with a full guarantee…
My GUARANTEE
You either love it OR I’ll buy you another album of your choice absolutely FREE.
Here is how it works:
If you don’t think it’s the best new jazz guitar instrumental solo album you’ve heard in the last year…
I’m personally going to buy you another album of YOUR choice.
This is good for two reasons because… this way I will learn about something/somebody interesting and you’ll ultimately be happy.
Just let me know by email or via facebook/messenger and I’ll personally order it, send you a download link or ship the CD to your address, totally free (as a gift and my thank you for giving this album a try).
Plus, you can keep my album anyway. You don’t have to return anything. It’s yours to keep (or you can gift it to someone else who might enjoy it).
Here is why I’m doing this:
My mission has been to create the best possible high quality instrumental guitar music that is at the same time inspiring and enjoyable to listen to.
So, if – after taking this album home and listening to it – you don’t think I’ve done my job…
If you don’t think it’s at the artistic level you would expect from the best jazz guitar players (regardless of country or nation) then I don’t want you to pay for this album, seriously.
Plus in addition…
In addition to the album you’re getting 3 EXTRA never-released recordings.
These are some of my favorite themes and you can expect to hear some of the best jazz guitar solos I’ve ever recorded.
These three tracks are not for sale anywhere but you can have them here (There’s nothing to buy. It’s a gift. Just enjoy it. I’m certain that you’ll love these pieces).
Here’s what to do
The “cost” of the album is $10.
And I’m making it available as a digital download – so you get it immediately.
You get a link to a special webpage where you can play it right away or if you prefer you can download the tracks. You have unlimited LIFETIME ACCESS to this page and you can log in anytime.
However, I figured some of you would want to hold a physical CD in their hand, so I made a limited amount of physical copies.
If you’d like to receive a physical CD, simply write me a message in the notes on the order page plus enter your shipping address. I’ll then send you the CD (signed by me) absolutely free. I’ll deliver it to you anywhere in the world, just cover the $5.00 shipping cost.

Before I go, I just wanted to summarize one important thing…
While the guitar solos and improvisations on the album seem to be played effortlessly, the way I build tension and relief in the solos includes a lot of attention to detail, tone, space, articulation. I put a lot of emhasis on musical “storytelling” of melodic lines played over subtle changes in harmonic texture.
20 years of refinement
If you have known me personally or if you have been following me for some time then you probably know that playing guitar has been my passion for a long time… and the way I play today has taken me years of refinement.
Between working on my own projects and collaborating with other artists, I’ve been performing, composing and teaching over the past 20+ years.
I got my first guitar when I was 10. I’ve gone from classical guitar training … to rock … heavy metal … blues … eventually focusing on jazz and improvised music. When I was about 17, I also became interested in writing instrumental music.
My inspirations among jazz guitarists were Ralph Towner, Pat Metheny, Frank Gambale, Toninho Horta, John McLaughlin, Paco De Lucia and many more. Already back then I became fascinated by the warm “flexible” jazz guitar sound, Flamenco, Brazilian jazz, Indian clasical music to name a few influences.
Trying to find my own way, I formed my first jazz-rock fusion band in 1995 while writing original compositions and performing with several other formations.
After receiving an award for my work and a grant I ended up in New York where I eventually earned graduate degrees in composition, performance and interactive arts, and taught at a university there for several years.
I was lucky to play with wonderful musicians from different parts of the world. For the past 15 years I’ve also helped dozen aspiring guitarists reach their next level.
Over the years, I’ve developed a style that some have called “lyrical”. But to me it’s just a way that suits me best. A way that gives me the freedom to express, on a guitar, what I want and get the sound I want out of it (and have some fun along the way).
The album is meant to transfer to you a piece of that “magic” world of jazz guitar that still fascinates me — My hope is that you’ll be to some extent “irradiated” with it and that it’ll allow you to simply take a break.
So that’s about it. There’s an order link a little further down on the page. That will get you access.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. I look forward to hearing from if you have any questions or if you’d like to send me any comments about the album (just email me at martin@martinsimon.info).
